      - Place both hands on hips so that they are sitting on just on top of hips bones. Draw and imaginary line straight across to middle of lower back. This is the bottom point of measurement. (AM)
      - Stand straight up and using a flexible measuring tape, have friend measure length between C7 vertebra and middle of lower back. This is your torso length. (AM)
    - - To measure your hip size, wrap your tape measure around the top of your hips, hugging the imaginary line you found when measuring your torso length. (AM)
