It means "already". It is used in affirmative sentences and in some questions.

Since + momento concreto de tiempo

Yet
It means "already", "yet", "yet". It is used in negative and interrogative sentences.
It is always placed at the end of the sentence and the answer can be affirmative or negative.
I have not studied yet.
Never
It means "never". It goes in affirmative sentences to avoid double negative. It is placed between "to have" and the past participle
She has never studied English.
Ever
Have you ever studied English?
It means "sometime". It is used in interrogative sentences and is placed before the past participle.
