opinion about documentaries
my opinion
in my opinion there are 3points because the documentaries are very good
they tell us what is good and what is bad
in fat fiction sedesia in the diabetic plate how people got sick for not containing fat and excess carbohydrates and excess carbohydrates
In sugar vs fat they show us how a diet with regulated sugar and fat is fine, the problem is when it is in excess
In that sugar film it shows us that eating sugar is bad but not so bad if it is in excess
They all give a message which is that you can eat whatever you want without being exempt because everything in excess is bad
In fat fiction it showed us how people from the United States, Canada or other countries, were obese and due to the death of type 2 diabetes
In sugar vs fat he tells us about the certain dangers of eating sugar and gas together and in excess
In that sugar film he shows us how damon at 30 or 35 days did not want more sugar and felt marred with headaches and all that because of the excess of sugar
All the documentaries talk about a good diet and those who make the documentaries of sugar vs fat or that sugar film took great risks to give us a scientific explanation
that sugar film damon consumed for 60 days 40 tablespoons a day, crazy and very risky for a person's life
sugar vs fat one of them two was almost on the verge of diavetes
they leave us a message HAVE A HEALTHY LIFE and that's a point because meg
fat fiction
I really liked this documentary I enjoyed it
I like it more than everything because it talks about the current situation of the countries with the most obesity in the world
CANADA
ITALY
USA
I also liked it because it talks about how people did not pay attention to the order of the pyramid and how the diavetoco plate killed so many people
And in the food pyramid, people prefer to eat junk food than to take care of their body and do almost no exercise
the diabetic dish causes diseases due to not having enough fat and an excess of proteins and carbohydrates
It also says that people in the 50s and 60s liked to smoke, do sports, eat junk food without any risk (because the junk food of before did not have as much sugar as today)
food used to not have as much sugar and fat as it is today
and they had healthy habits of exercising almost every day
People used to think that smoking was good, but many people began to die from thrombosis and lung cancer.
that sugar film
I found the documentary very interesting for 3 reasons
I liked it because it made us realize that eating too much sugar is wrong
I would recommend this documentary to younger children so that they realize that eating a lot of sugar is very bad
the act of eating a lot of sugar is very bad for physical and mental health
sugar can become a drug like cocaine and heroin
causes addiction like a drug
can change the way you see your food
and also how a drug can affect your body
But I found it interesting that eating so much sugar for a scientific fact
and there are scientists who die for science like albert aistain or nicolas tesla and another clear example is damon from the sugar film because he had to spend 60 days eating exorbitant amounts of sugar
He had to suffer to show us that too much sugar hurts and what it does to our body
sugar vs fat
How can I forget the brothers Chris and Xand each with different opinions about which is better sugar or fat
because it is a very difficult war to win
fat
the fat also have good and bad points as you have the lowest levels in sugars but you have more chances of having diabetes
sugar
The sugar has its good fucking good as it was the winner of the competition but you had the less sugar levels
I like the documentary for the experiments as far-fetched as
the donut experiment
the donut experiment is very interesting because most people chose the doda with 50% fat and 50% sugar
the experiment of riding a bicycle
the bicycle experiment tested which of the two was more powerful for exercise
