Appliance Issue
-
LIMIT SWITCH
The appliance starts or sometimes starts but stops, may resemble a silent runner but once in a while, it works. (N.B. A silent runner would never work).
-
-
CARBONATION ISSUE
Off-Taste/Salty
No prior information provided: Recommend that the customer run a Troubleshooting Cycle, paying special attention to any possible leaks.
-
Poor/Weak Carbonation
No prior information provided: Recommend that the customer run a Troubleshooting Cycle, paying special attention to any possible leaks.
-
PRESSURE RELEASE
A loud honking noise during the cycle; not accompanied by leaking or an interruption in the carbonation cycle.
-
LOOSE CHAMBER SCREW
Similar symptoms to an air leak, but the sound seems to come from the inside of the unit. The unit will work fine and suddenly start making a gargling noise inside about 10-15 seconds into cycle. Will likely have some drips on counter from inside unit, carbonator residue not water.
-
POWERBOARD
-
Silent
Appliance doesn't make a motor sound when operating. Lights and chimes may still work, but nothing happens when the customer presses "Start".
-
-
-
-
-
REAR RESERVOIR
-
Quick Drain (Broken Valve): When the unit is running, water from the Reservoir drains quickly into the Front Drawer, no bubbles are produced in the Bottle and the Carbonator remains dry in the Chamber.
-
-
Rear Reservoir leaks as soon as it's inserted in the back of the unit. (Water runs out of the appliance)
Make sure the customer tried pushing the reservoir towards the unit. It should be flush with the unit.
-
Rear Reservoir itself is damaged (Cracked, has a hole.)
