In the first video, doesnt said anything aboyt sugar
But sugar It makes you remember more, makes you more active, your brain processes actions faster
Because in the 2nd and 3rth video said that 1 person remember all the digits, and other was more active
Fat
According to Chris, when he started being a doctor, he knew that fat was the real enemy
fat makes you sicker, it can cause heart problems, hypertension, respiratory problems, etc.
So really fat is the enemy
Nutrition
We need to have an equilibrate pyramid and plate
Pyramid: 1st Grains, 2nd Fruits and vegetables, 3rd: Meat and 4th Candy
56% Of carbohydrates, 19% of proteins and 19% of fat
Why people die?
1st: Fat, because it generates you respiratories, heart problems, etc.
3th: Excess of sugar because it makes you fat, etc
2nd: Bad pyramid and plate, becuase people don´t eat vegetables, meat, and more things
