        Wrote based on the French cuisine and how the French cuisine has changed in terms of dietary values
        
        E.g. Fats is seen as a bad thing and it is linked to heart disease, which led to an abandonment of ingredients in some dishes and they started to substitute animal fat to plant-based fat, like olive oil and other oils. They also modified the cooking techniques and also introduce new ways of adding flavour , to compensate for the loss in flavour that is carried by the component
        
        The idea of being healthy evolve, it will start to change the cuisine and cuisine will eventually evolve
        
        Today, we see a number of cuisine. The number of cuisine changes because it depends how people want to eat. They perceive themselves as eating/taking on different diet
        
        When they adopt this principle, they will start to change the way they eat and drink
