Fit models are based on logical positivism – that the world is measurable and that you can know all things and if apply scientific measurement you can measure, all ppl ,you can measure all jobs and have a test that can match the people and the job. Just get the codes for ppl and occupation – it’s a matching game. Everyone wants the easy answer – do the test – get answer :!: :!:
