In Protestant churches, all baptized people are invited to share and are allowed to lead the Lord’s Supper
Most Protestant churches only practice two of the seven sacraments: Baptism and Eucharist (Lord’s Supper)
Protestants try to steer clear of idolatry. In short, everything that comes from the human expression, even from prophets, is imperfect and therefore NOT God. It can still be believed but one must keep an openness to its imperfection. They even encourage self-criticism so as to stay away from idolatry as best they can.
This focuses on the importance of not equating anything else (for example: statues or texts) to God and acknowledging the imperfection of the other facets of the religion.
