I like the detail you gave in breaking down both behavioral and academic concerns. You also did a good job of showing what the support team has to discuss with the student's parent.
John, looks clear and concise! I agree with Chris that the breakdown of academic versus behavioral concerns is a great way to begin to look at the student as a whole. Looking at the end of the process, I see that one of the options is that "parents don't agree, student leaves the school and process ends." I know that being in China, this is unfortunately the case very often. It's so important to still go through the whole process to seek out services. Great job!
