Entrepreneurial Risks
I often seek out new and different things to try.
Neither Agree or Disagree
I am not opposed to trying new things. When it comes to being a new mother, I am always searching the web for the "how to's" of many things. So in that aspect, I do in fact seek out new and different things to try. When it comes to anything outside of motherhood, I do not actively seek out things.
I enjoy the challenge of finding a solution when I run into a problem.
Agree
I do like finding solutions to different problems. I like to use my brain in a way that lets me be interactive with something, especially if I do not know what I am doing. Somehow, my body just knows what to do. 9/10 at least - haha
The discomfort of doing something new or different is just part of the learning process.
Neither Agree or Disagree
I think as time goes on, I lean more towards agree for this one. It is especially true if it is something you have never done before and something that challenges you. Whether it be mentally, physically, spiritually, or emotionally.
It is not hard for me to ask for help or guidance from others.
Neither Agree or Disagree
With this one, it depends entirely on the situation. If it is a work thing, I jump to asking questions and asking for help. If it is a personal thing - financial or otherwise - I have a hard time asking for help.
I understand there may be consequences if something goes wrong.
Agree
I agree with this though I don't always keep this in mind when I act or react to something. I've found if it's something personal, my emotions tend to get in the way and if fit is something professional, I am more level headed.
I believe in myself and my ability to tackle new challenges.
Agree
I am typically pretty comfortable tackling new things. I come from a line of strong, hard-working women and with that comes the need to overcome obstacles. Fun fact- when I worked at Toyota, we had numerous timed, hands on testing to complete and I was the only one in my group to pass every single test. I was also then put on a job that they typically only ever have men on. I was the second female to ever work that job and I did it so well I ended up training others and was then pushed to learn more jobs on the line.
I am comfortable with a bit of ambiguity.
Agree
Nothing in life is for certain. If you're not used to and comfortable with ambiguity, you're probably not human. - Haha
I can roll with the punches and find a way to succeed.
Agree
Ghostbusters Music
- I ain't scared of no tasks! Really though, I like to be challenged.
I am realistic about my ability to handle risk.
Agree
I am more than comfortable with knowing what I can and cannot handle.
