Mix the agarose powder
Melt in the microwave
Wait for cooling solution and add EtBr
Pour solution in casting tray
Gel solidify within 20 min.
Remove the caps and comb
Add combs
Wells are formed
Gel tray is prepared
Prepare electrophoresis chamber and add buffer
Connect leads with Power source
Apparatus
Attach the safty cover
Remove the casting tray Observe the results
UV light
Run the gel
Load dyes
Load samples
