Macronutrients
Fats: on excessive amount of fats may be vary dangerous. Infact it can cause problems about our blood pressure levels together with heart, digestive and respiratory system. It helps in the absorption of other nutrients. In addition, fats play an important role in cell building: it help to improve our muscle movement.
Carbohydrates: it's one of the most important nutrients. It serves as food for our brain and central nervous system.
Protein: these are found in meat, eggs and some grains. It is the building black of our body. Some parts of our body contains protein.
Micronutrients
Minerals: there are Calcium which is responsible for our strong bones. It also helps to transmit nerve signals from one part of the body to another. It maintain a healthy blood pressure ( improve muscle contraction); Iron also plays an important role in the production of hormones in our body; Finally, Zinc strengthens our immune system. It increases our resistance against diseases.
Vitamins: There are about 13 types of vitamins that our body needs. There are 4 vitamins that play an important role in longevity of a human being: Vitamin A, B6 ( the deficiency of this vitamin may cause uncontrollable blood pressure), C and D.
