HOW TO INSERT ?
Different publications have different style guides that dictate the specific of how to format and integrate visual elements
Each visual need to a numbered caption and a clear descriptive title
Refer to the caption number within the body text and discuss its content
All unit need to be labelled
Provide the source of the data or visual image if not created by ourselves
Avoid from distorting the data or image.
HOW TO IMPLEMENT ?
Use specific terminology such as tables or figures
Tables and figures must all be labeled with numbered captions that clearly identify and describe them

Captioning
Numbering
Simple Consecutive Numbering
Section-Based Numbering
If comes from other sources, you must include a reference for the original source in your caption
Any figures or tables you use in writing must be discussed
HOW TO SELECT ?
Each visual have different purpose in using it
Use suitable visual based on the information conveyed in writings or section of the writing
So that, data presented in tables should not be duplicated in
graphs, and vice versa.
WHY USED VISUAL ?
The text is to crowded with many details
To provide similar information into one table to let the reader compare easily so that the reader does not have to search for related information.
