Legal Implications
Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988
, This will have to be referenced when designing the website so the Web Designer/s do not face legal trouble over using a copyrighted media. This will often involve paying the owner of a file money in order to use it in the site and/or giving credit to the owner of the file. This must be done with any Text, Audio, Images or Video files used in the website
