Unhealthy stress reduction: people in a victim mindset seek to escape the discomfort which leaves to choices that can negatively effect your life.
Healthy stress reduction:Choose new behaviors, separate from an external stressors, list and prioritize your to-do list
What happens when stress persists? Understand that stress negatively effects your body and will only hinder your activities going forward.
Choose new thoughts: See your problem in a bigger picture and think to yourself how much does this really effect my life?

Gratitude: If you count your blessings on a regular basis you are happier, report greater vitality, and optimism in life
Make sure to have limits on happiness: Hedonic adaption may happy which leads you to not be happy about things because you are so used to it.
