A toxic person is a person who connects to play a video game to insult or make someone feel bad within it
All the video game industries and are trying to prevent this type of toxic community so much so that there are consoles like Play Stations that have figured out how to report these people and completely remove their account for their misconduct
Also a toxic person in video games is who underestimates or makes a Gamer woman feel bad just for being a woman By telling her that she cannot be as good as a man
