An offer is an intimation of willingness by an offeror to enter into a legally binding contract. Its term either expressly or impliedly must indicate that it is to become binding on the offeror as soon it has been accepted by the offeree.
S.2(a) CA 1950 : " when when one person signifies to another his willingness to do or to abstain from doing anything, with a view obtaining the assent of that other to the act or abstinence, he is said to make proposal
