HAEMORRHAGE
DEFINITION
The release of blood from a broken blood vessel, either inside or outside the body (Guo, Q., Wang, Y., Xu, D.,2018)
PATHOPHYSIOLOGY
• Hemorrhage, Escape of blood from blood vessels into surrounding tissue.
• When a vessel is injured, hemorrhage continues as long as the vessel remains open

• Normally, coagulation closes the vessel and stops the bleeding.
