. Cereals are the edible seeds of some plants, they are part of the grasses and we can find them in flour and other products.

In the fourth group we have eggs,meat,fish and pulses
Eggs are a high-protein diet. There are different types of eggs based on the animal they come from: quail, chicken, caviar, or fish eggs
There are different types of meat, which are divided according to color:
• white meats (veal, lamb, kid, infants in general, poultry, rabbits);
• red meats (beef, sheep, pork);

Poultry is brids used for meat or eggs.
The most common kind of poultry is chicken. Beacuse chicken i salso quite fatty, you can cook it casseroles or stews, boil, steam or braise.

• White fish is defined as all fish that has white meat, a very low fat content and a medium-high protein content.
• Oily fish; blue fish are generally defined as some species of fish characterized by a color often tending to blue, in some cases green and a silver ventral color.
• Shellfish are marine animals characterized by the presence of a shell or a conch. They are rich in protein.
Pulses are the edible seeds contained in the pods of plants belonging to the Legume family, and are rich in proteins.
