Work Contracts
The labor code (Art. 62) defines that an employment contract should be understood as follows: “An individual employment contract, whatever its name, is understood to be the verbal or written agreement by which a person undertakes to provide their services or execute a work in favor of another, under the subordination dependence of this one.
The legal subordination according to article 64 consists of: "In the direction exercised or likely to be exercised, by the employer or his representatives as regards the execution of the work."
An employment relationship which is also mentioned in article 62 of the national labor code reads as follows: “An employment relationship, whatever the act that originates it, is understood to be the provision of personal work in conditions of legal subordination or dependency. economic ”.
