However the changing was slow and gradual
MEDICINE also underwent a radical change
organisations were found to regulate and control medical education and research
modern hospital were built
Other services were introduced
Even now some institution can still be seen in British cities
Law and order were among the majior problems
1829/30 Prime minister Robert Peel established the Metropolitan Police
