Stereotype
There are many types of stereotyping such as gender stereotyping, age stereotyping, culture stereotyping, etc.
Stereotyping can lead to a diminished confidence, poor performance, loss of interest, depression, enclosure, etc.
A stereotype is a mistaken idea or belief many people have about a thing or group that is based upon how they look on the outside, which may be untrue or only partly true. Stereotyping people is a type of prejudice because what is on the outside is a small part of who a person is.
"We slaughter one another in our words and attitudes. We slaughter one another in the stereotypes and mistrust that linger in our heads, and the words of hate we spew form our lips."
Leadership
Qualities of a leader -> Integrity, Ability to delegate, Communication, Self-awareness, Gratitude, Learning agility, Influence, Empathy, Courage, Respect, Communication, Collaboration and Commitment.
Famous leaders -> Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King Jr, Abraham Lincoln, George Washington, Napoleon Bonaparte, Franklin D, Winston Churchill.
Everyone knows what leadership is, but few people can articulate what it truly means. a leader is someone who does more than just lead people. They have to be driven by the right motivation and make a positive impact on the people around them.
How to be a good leader -> Engage in honest, open communication. Connect with your team members. Encourage personal and professional growth. Keep a positive attitude. Teach employees instead of giving orders.
Tolerance
Tolerance is being patient, understanding and accepting of anything different. An example of tolerance is Muslims, Christians and Athiests being friends.
"Tolerance is the only real test of civilization." "Tolerance is giving to every other human being every right that you claim for yourself."
Lack of tolerance leads to fighting, violence, and finally it destroys the peace and security of society.
Tolerance means the willingness to accept or to tolerate, especially opinions or behavior you may not agree with, or to behave sensibly with those who are not like you. Tolerance is very important.
Anger and Crime
A crime is an act done by a person which is against the laws of a country or region. Things like killing another person, injuring another person, or stealing from another person are crimes in most countries.
When negative emotions take the form of anger, people are likely to act out, cause violence leading to acts of crime. This is how anger is linked to crime. Anger might lead to crime.
Anger is a natural response to perceived threats. It is a strong feeling of being upset or annoyed because of something wrong or bad. The feeling that makes someone want to hurt other people, to shout, etc.
There are many common reasons for anger are losing your patience, feeling as if your opinion, efforts aren't appreciated, injustice, memories of traumatic, enraging events and worrying about personal problems.
