1) Technical memorandums / report – used to describe a segment of a large project
2) Letter reports/experimental report - used to convey the results
3) Format reports - used for presenting the results of extensive engineering studies
4) Papers and articles for journals – used to present the results
5) Proposal – used to respond to request for qualifications
6) Business plan – a plan or proposal to start a new business

Oral Presentation
The ability to communicate effectively plays an important role in career advancement and professional recognition.
1) FORMATTING
2) LENGTH OF PRESENTATION - As a general rule, allow one minute per slide
