Split Items
Heal Split items (get them back to 1 piece): Double Click track then go to item => Heal Splits in items
Put cursor in item and Press S to split
Split Items based on time selection
Create a time selection
Select the item
Go to Item => Split items at time selection (Shift + S)

Alt + Right Click To select Area to split

Trim Audio from the front (left side) and the back (right side)
Put the cursor on the side and it changes to a trim tool
Alt + right click to select audio you want to keep
Select the track
Right click ==> Trim Items to selected area
Fading In/Out
In: Put cursor in upper left corner
Cursor changes into a fade tool
Out:Put Cursor in upper right corner
Cursor changes into a fade tool

Show overlapping media items in lanes
Trim content behind media items when editing

Stretch/Constrain Audio
Press Alt + drag left side or right side of audio to stretch (cursor changes to a fist)
Drag Inside: Constrain (Faster Audio)
Drag outside: Stretch (Slower Audio)
Move Audio Inside the container without moving the container
Alt + drag audio inside container (cursor changes to 2 opposite arrows)
Duplicate by Dragging
Control + Drag to duplicate
Auto Crossfade: can be used when 2 audios are over each other to fade in and out
