Effect of Stress
Wellbeing-
There are many effects stress can have on your mind such as lack of motivation or focus, Anger/Sadness/Depression, and most importantly the overwhelming feeling which can exhaust your mind.
Physical-
Stress is not only the mental reaction to life changes
but also has an effect on your body for example, chest pain, fatigue or an upset stomach.
What is Stress
Stress is a felling of both emotional and physical tension, stress is your body's reaction to a challenge or demand. In short bursts, stress can be positive, such as when it helps you avoid danger or meet a deadline. However, there are many cons to Stress which can exhaust both your mind and body.
Symptoms of Stress
Here are just a few examples of stress:
Depression or anxiety.
Anger or restlessness.
Feeling overwhelmed, unmotivated, or unfocused.
Trouble sleeping
Constant worry
Low energy
Headaches
Upset stomach, including diarrhea, constipation, and nausea
Aches and tense muscles.
Chest pain and rapid heartbeat.

Keep a positive attitude
Accept that there are events that you cannot control
Be assertive instead of aggressive
Talk to someone
Exercise regularly
Eat healthy, well-balanced meals
Effective stress management helps you break the hold stress has on your life, so you can be happier, healthier, and more productive.
