Types
Structured or Focused Interviews: Questions are set in advance, in a certain order, and contain categories or options for the subject to choose from.
Semi-structured interviews: they present a greater degree of flexibility than structured interviews, because they start from planned questions
Unstructured interviews: these are more informal, more flexible and planned in such a way that they can be adapted to the subjects and conditions.

In decision-making in medical education, the interview also plays a fundamental role.

Interview phases

Second phase: opening.
It is the phase when the interviewee is at the place of the appointment, in which the objectives that are intended with the interview are set

It is the moment in which it is convenient to anticipate the end of the interview so that the interviewee mentally recaps what he has said
