As you can see, the privileges that white people have in every day society far outnumber those of indigenous peoples. The video series articulated those differences, and showed how those people were able to become successful in life
One important thing I saw was Ashley's perspective from the beginning of the video - "if I can do it, why can't you?". Hopefully the distinction between these two maps demonstrate why so many indigenous people live the way that they do.
Coming from a society that is tailored to fit your needs, and was essentially created for you allows individuals to grow further than those that that same system discrimitates against. Without ever experiencing the life that indigenous peple have, it is easy to make judgements as the travelers did. It takes more education and understanding to beevolve from that mindet, and begin to make changes to help everyone.
