- - - - Plastic was being repurposed since other countries were sending their plastic their, since other countires did not want to deal with it
      - China made money from the Countries that were sending them the plastics, added revenue
      - Families in China were making businesses to repurpose plastic to sell to support their families and make money
    - - They were getting trash from other countries, not just plastics, and had no way to repurpose them since they only had plastic repurposing plants
      - The country was getting a lot of plastic waste that was not getting handled by the small companies
      - With getting all of the plastics, they were starting to pollute the air in China at an alarming rate, since some plants were burning the plastic for either fire to cook, or just as a way to get rid of the plastic
- - - - The government was starting to think and make plants so they could start to make facilities to repurose our recycling
      - It was making the US responsible for their plastic waste instead of making other countries suffer and sort through our garbage
    - - Some plants were just burning the plastics instead of finding ways to repurose the plastics they were getting, polluting the air in some cities, causing alarming rates for cases in the cities
