drink plenty of fluids

burn the calories you eat
do something active a day
stay active depending on how old you are
if you smoke try to stop or smoke less to get your lungs healthy again
try to get a routine to do exercise a day
sleeping
go to sleep at a reasonable time
kids should have 8-9 hours of sleep
wake up at a reasonable time
don't eat sugary things at night
carbs
eat more carbahydrates its good for your body
fish, bread, pasta, rice are all good things to eat
don't have too much carbs because you can gain weight
carbs can produce you with energy which is better than eating sweets and sugary snacks
