The Phrase that works with Adverb means that, without Noun or Pronoun, qualifying parts of speech, they are called Adverbial Phrase. Or, When a Phrase act or work like an adverb in a sentence then it is called Adverbial Phrase. Structure: In the case of the preposition in this case: Preposition + Noun.
