FUNCTIONS OF FEDERAL GOVERNMENT:question:
The structure and responsibilities of the federal government are defined by the Constitution. Powers not specifically given to the federal government are the responsibility of the state or the people.
The federal government has three branches of the governments such as federal legislature, executive and judiciary. The executive branch is more powerful than legislature while judiciary is the weakest.
FEDERAL LEGISLATIVE
The primary function of the legislative is to legislate, amend or repeal laws in accordance with the wishes of the body.
The parliament is a legislative body for the Federal government, and forms laws that can be enforced throughout the country.
The parliament is also a forum for criticism and a focus for public opinions on national issues.
FEDERAL EXECUTIVE
The Executive governs the country according to the laws made by Parliament. Each part of the Executive has its own role to play

To protect the supremacy of the Constitution, to make sure that everyone obeys the Constitution.
Determine the direction of national governance for the sake of security, well-being of citizens
-Federal government will implement national governance based on the Principles of Good Governance

the government needs to provide infrastructure, rules and regulations that are important for modern needs.
Ensure security and order of the country
controlling the country socially and politically so other countries will not attack the country
Provide various services
ensure the basic needs of the people are fulfilled, especially the lower-income group.
Environmental protection
to ensure that the natural environment is not polluted and to avoid any pollution problems

to improve the social standard of living of the people.
