2.) The purpose of the 10th amendment is to show that the powers weren't reserved to the government but to the States and the people. The issue that prompted the 10th amendment were the persistence of the anti-federalists.

5.) The amendment was proposed because the anti-federalists were concerned that their government was going to eventually turn into a monarchy.

7.) Current events that deal with this amendment is when any state passes a law that the people in that state vote for.

1.) James Madison, George Manson, Patrick Henry, Edmund Randolph and more anti-federalists. The Virginia Ratifying Convention helped pass the amendment.

4.) The tenth amendment took place in the states where the anti-federalists resided in. They wanted the people and states to be able to make their own decisions.

8.) The passing of this amendment caused the people to become independent and be able to pass laws in their own states for the good of their people and their communities.
