Now, Open the Word file and click Yes to run the database command. And then it will automatically generate the QR codes for the aligners in the word document.

As the QR codes are generated, now drop the PRG files into FileZilla Application and select K Line 24 V server. This application reads the PRG files.

Now place the Model in the correct position of the Trimming machine and make sure it is fitted properly.
The model must be well securely stable on the white base.
Use the vacuum machine to stabilize the model.
Make sure that the air influx is almost 94-97 for the machine.
The machine will scan the QR code and read that PRG file from the FileZilla.
Make sure the PRG file for the QR code is present in FileZilla. If the PRG file of that QR code is not present in FileZilla then the machine cannot trim the Model.
After the machine has completed trimming, remove the models.
Now, remove the aligners from the models and send it to the polishing team.
