Causes:
Sahana: They put things and chores for some other time to complete. Addicted to Technology.........Reyan:People are not taking action to improve their physical activity.
Amey: Children feel no need to be inactive. They are no aware of the problems that happen due to being inactive
Ishaan: Pandemic is a cause as children are not allowed to go out side and play so end up watching TV and become a couch potato....Ishaanvi: Lack of education and unaware of causes of being a couch potato.
Mihika: They overpress themselves and are tired and then become a couch potato. The schedule is missing among the people. The routine is improper and no time to exercise and easy option is watching TV.. People procrastinate a lot...Kulraj/Kiara

Aanya: Do exercise, go for a jog, Wake up early in the morning...People need to have a time table and a schedule to be followed. Following the schedule ( TT ) is important.
Mihika: Virtual games have both pros and cons. Come up with an innovative way to keep ourselves helathy. ( Ishanvi)Choose a sport you like and play for 60 minutes...(Akshara) Technology is not always a solution...try to figure out new things and improve your mental levels as well.

Kulraj: It will make us fat (obese). We end up getting cavities. It causes stress as we end up watching TV and hurts our eyes and leads to headache as well.
Mihika: Wall_E The future is in our hands. You will turn up to be very lazy, energy levels comes down. our mood / emotion will all change. We do not dig deeper

Ishaan: They could chronic illness like too much inactivity n watching too much screen leads to chronic diseases.
Ishanvi: Health problem due to inactivity...in future people are going to be couch potatoes due to some innovations. Exercises helps in building your immune system.
Akshara: Immunity decreases if we eat junk food...Also the skeletal and muscular system will get affected and if we get hurt then the time taken for the injuies to heal will be much slower.
Kulraj: White blood cells decreases. We should go out in the sun to improve the levels of vitamins in our body.
