        They will begiven the correct sequence of the story in the form of a comic strip. They will be required to write down the summary under the pictures by using the mind map and pictures as a guide.
        
        Teacher will review the summary and students will proceed to preparing how they will present it.
        
        Present summary to the class.
  - - - Use flash cards to complete the mind map that was started by Group 1.
        
        ELL and Special Needs students
        
        Use translations and graphics to help complete the mind map with additional time.
        
        Provide vocabulary and matching pictures. Provide explanations of the fable in Chinese.
        
        All this group to present the summary in the form of a drawing, role play, dialogue, song etc. Allow them different options and don't limit the summary to writing.
        
        Provide additional time to complete the summary and also a Chinese co-teacher who can assist throughout the process.
        
        They will also be given a comic strip with pictures and some texts about the story. They will match the texts with the pictures using the mind map as a guide. Finally, they will write down a summary, using the given text, under the correct pictures. They will then read the summary together to understand the story better.
        
        They will present this summary to the class through a dialogue, song, role play, poster, or however they choose to.
        
        Teacher will be guiding them throughout this process and they will get some additional time to put their ideas together.
  - - - Use flash cards to start creating a mind map about the story summary, setting, characters and lessons.
        
        Complete first draft of the summary and peer review one another's summary.
        
        Teacher will review the summary and students will proceed to preparing how they will present it.
        
        Present summary to the rest of the class and school.
