accountability
Accountability is something that I excel in and am very confident in my skills in this characteristic.
ex. I am a very accountable person, sometimes to a fault. I tend to put others before myself and will always be there for people even if sometimes I really shouldn't be. This is something I am working on but feel very confident that I am very accountable.

problem-solving
Problem-solving is something that I excel in and am very confident in my skills in this characteristic.
ex. In my previous leadership roles, I have always been solved as the "Problem-Solver". If there was ever a dispute the needed to be settled, an upset guest or employee, or any issue in general, I was always the first person to be willing to listen and offer advice. Not always was I well-versed in that area of expertise, but I am always a good listener and can usually give pretty good advice to help that person solve the issue on their own.

Self-confidence is something that I excel in and am very confident in my skills in this characteristic.
ex. Although I have had several mental health struggles, confidence has thankfully never been an issue for me. Thanks to my mom who raised me in a very positive way, she taught me to always be very confident in my abilities and myself.
value the bottom line
Valuing the bottom line is something that I excel in and am very confident in my skills in this characteristic.
I totally understand the value of the bottom line. I think that it is crucial to know your faults and be able to give those responsibilities to someone who knows how to do it better than you. It is hard to give up control in a business because it is like your baby but is the only way to be successful.

desire and passion
Desire and passion is something that I excel in and am very confident in my skills in this characteristic.
ex. Ever since I was in middle school, I have exhibited being passionate about being apart of people's journey of being lead to Christ. Whether that was inviting someone to an event at my church, being the positivity in someone's day or just being there for my friends when things got hard, I was always super passionate about it all, even the not so fun parts.
