How this will be implement
Distribution center
The IT department will update the hardware and software when the distribution center is closed
They will then take the time to show the employees how to use the new hardware
Store
They will first send new hardware and software to each of the store location
Depending on how well versed the store is with technology a IT technician might need to be sent.
If they are well versed with technology then they will install the new hardware themselves and fallow the instructions on how to use them
If they are not well versed with technology then they will send out a technician to setup the new systems and to teach the employees on how to use them

If the employees at the Stores and the Distribution centers are happier with the new hardware
If the new hardware helps boost productivity
If the new software helps boost productivity
