COMMERCIAL LAW
is the body of law that applies to the rights, relations and conduct of persons and businesss engaged in commerce, merchandising, trade and sales.
ENTERPRISE
is a company or business, often a small one
FORMER
a person who sets up a business or businesses, taking on financial risks in the hope of profit
ARTISAN, CRAFTSMAN
a worker in a skilled trade, especially one that involves making things by hand
COMMERCIAL ENTREPRENEUR, TRADER
is a business professional whose main goal is to create a standard business model that can be used by several companies across the board
ACCOUNTING BOOKS
a book in which accounts are kept
FAMILY ENTERPRISE
is a economic venture in which two or more members of a family have an interest in ownership and a commitment to the continuation of the enterprise
BUSINESS REGISTER
means a business registration certificate issued by the Department of the Treasury or such other from or verification that a contractor or subcontractor is registered with the Department of Treasury
CLERK
a person employed in an office or bank to keep records, accounts and undertake other routine administrative daties
COMMISSION AGENT
an agent entrusted with the possession of goods to be sald in the agent's name
COURIER, FORWARDING AGENT
a company or employer of a company that transports commercial packages and documents
COMMERCIAL AGENT
self employed intermediary who has continuing authority to negotiate the sale or purchase of goods on behalf of their principal or to negotiate and conclude such transations on behalf of and in the name of that principal
BROKER
business intermediary , mostly international, who does not take up positions on his own but only on behalf of clients

an istruction, command or role given to a person or group
FIRM
a firm is a type of a company. One can certainly say firm is a subset of the term company

is the name signed by way of validation , attestation or personal adhesion

is a word, phrase, and/or design that identifies ad distinguishes the source of the goods of one party from those of others
UNFAIR COMPETITION
is a term and a branch of intellectual property law that applies to dishonest or fraudulent rivelry in trade and commerce
