What is stress?
Stress is technically physical tension in your body, it’s your body’s reaction to a certain challenge in a stressful situation. There are two types of stress, positive and negative stress, positive stress is when your on a roller coaster or watching a horror movie. Negative stress is when you feel frustrated from certain things.
