Learners will hold a capital letter in their left hand and full stop in the right hand. Learners must show where to use which one.

The teacher will guide the learners to read the poem "Fingers rhyme for both hands)

Learners will read the poem by themselves.

Learners will trace their own hand and identify what each finger stands for in the poem.

Revision of different types of media (print/digital)
Learners will be learning about print and digital print and why we have 2 types of media print.

Monday - Learners must clap their hands if they should use a question marks and stomp their feet if they should use exclamation mark.
Wednesday - Sentences are provided and the learners should add the correct punctuation mark.

Reading: Guided reading RF 5
Teacher will guide the learners to read the story "The green sheep and red wolf" using the correct tone of voice to show the punctuation marks used.
Independent reading: RM `1
Learners will be reading the story "The green sheep and the red wolf". The learners must be able to identify all capital letters and punctuation marks in the story using different colours.
Writing:
Learners will be correcting sentences by using capital letters and correct punctuation.
Learners will be correcting sentences using the correct punctuation marks.
