Commercial law is a branch of private law that regulates the relations pertaining to the production and exchange of wealth.

The entrepreneur is person who professionally carries out an economic activity organized for the purposes of the production and exchange of goods or services.
An agricultural entrepreneur is someone who carries out an activity of cultivation of a land or a forest of animal breeding or another related activity.

The entrepreneur can also be commercial. Acommercial entrepreneur is someone who carries out an activity considered commercial by law.
The craftsman is also an entrepreneur. Handicraft is work in which the useful and decorative objects are made completely by hand or by means of tools only.
