ANHIDROSIS
DEFINITION
It is a fatal condition which is inability to sweat normally which than cause overheating
PATHOPHYSIOLOGY
The is than high level of epinephrine
Which causes occlusion of sweat ducts by keratin plug
The is inadequate sweat gland response
It than result to limit of sweat being produced
Common in humid climate
Which result to anhidrosis
CAUSES
Skin damaged by burns
Damage of sweat glands from surgery
Skin damaged by rediation
Inherted disoder such as fabry disease
Nerve damage caused by diabetes

Monitor fluid intake and output

Patient appetite is around normal rangies
Patient maintains normal body temperature

Advise patient to take in baking soda which is known to help increase ability to sweat
Advise patient to drink cucumber juice which help improve sweat production
Advise patient to add ginger and soy beans as supplements because it helps improve blood flow
