Role of teacher
Teachers will be facilitators for students by giving assignments and answering questions if asked by students
ex: Students consult assignments with lecturers before sending them to correct mistakes and ask about things they do not understand
Reasons
The learner need guidance from teachers but feel more responsible because they need that learning to pursue their ambitions and interests

Reasons
The learner do not care about the learning experience because usually at this stage, they are forced to learn by their parents.

Provide all learning materials that are good and easy to understand for the learner and ensure the learning process runs smoothly

Motivation
Motivation is formed when students begin to understand something new knowledge and learning because at this stage requires a very high level of thinking and understanding
ex: Philosophy students can continue their project if their research is acceptable by their supervisor

Role of teacher
The teacher will become the coach which they will only need to guide the learners when they need guidance and leave the rest to the students
ex: The supervisor will explain the work path that needs to be done and then the student will use that path to complete their own research
Dependence
The learner at this stage are ‘problem-finders’ which means they voluntarily find a teacher to study
ex: Philosophy students need to find their supervisor as a coach to know what to do from start to finish
