Situation & people: Children didn't have excellent conditions to study because of lack of electricty.

There is an abandonment of the government.
The government steals money to develop infrastruture.
There is corruption.
Effects
There is not a good quality of education because children could only study during the day.
If people do not have a good education, there will be more illiteracy. Therefore, there will be more poverty.
Another effect is health issues. People developed eye problems because people have to use kerosene.
