Elements to be surveyed:
1. Location - The country or region should be structurally specified and mapped.
2. Natural environment - Have few characteristics of natural environment such as: climate, topography, wildlife and vegetation, coastal and marine areas, geology, ecological systems, natural resources areas and historical influences.
3. Social cultural and economic patterns - have several aspects such as: population characteristics, cultural patterns and economic patterns.
4. Land use, settlements and tenure patterns - Mapping of these patterns is important to value the selection of tourism development.
5. Environmental quality - have 14 features to be surveyed in this area such as : air quality, quality of domestic water supply, quality of underground water, noise levels, and cleanliness of public place.
