GDE Workshop
eObs would be a good module to begin with
1) What are the main pain points around agency staff?
2) If the issue is regarding onboarding the agency staff, what is involved in the process of confirming IDs of agency staff before they can start work at the trust? Is this a time--consuming process and who are the people that are involved in this process?
3) If any areas could be improved/automated, what would they be?
4) Are there specific responsibilities that rend to be given to agency staff and there are there only certain areas of Rio that they tend to need access to (i.e. eObs)?
5) If there issues could be solved, do you have any thoughts to what the solution could be worth to the trust in terms of savings?
6) If you have developed a solution in-house, how was this approached?
Trusts Attended: CNTW, BSMHFT, Oxleas, Berkshire, SWLSTG
Background
Many trusts have reported issues in relation to agency staff using Rio.
There seems to be several problems and it is currently unclear whether they are problems that Servelec can assist with.
