There are 30 learners in one class, consist of 20 female and 10 male
The school is MAS Oemar Diyan (Private School)
Learners
Students' attitude towards learning is not positive, students do not pay attention to the teacher and not active during the learning process so that students are not motivated to learn
Students have prior knowledge about dicussion text generally
The learners in the class are 18 years old
Develop and select instructional material
Hard copies about example of discussion text for each pairs
English text book , the book used is in accordance with the curriculum applied in the school.
Visual aid in the form of a whiteboard to write information about discussion text.

After the students learned about discussion text and answered the question, it will be graded by the following:
Word choice
spelling
Grammatical aspect
accuracy in answering
punctuation
Develop instructional strategies

The students look for discussion texts
The teacher provides example of hard copies of discussion text
The teacher explains the material briefly
Entry level skills: able to know vocabulary related to topic and have prior knowledge about discussion texts in general

After studying discussion texts, the students are asked to look for example of discussion text then present it in front of the class

the students arrange written discussion text by considering social function, generic structure and language elements correctly in a small group
Revise instruction based from formative evaluation
Teachers check students' worksheets to find out students' understanding of the topic.
Students' work will be assessed based on Accuracy in answering, grammar, word choice, spelling and punctuation.
Design and conduct summative evaluation
In the final test, students are asked to answer 5 choices and 5 essay questions
