- - - - Project Management Process Groups:
        This concept encompasses the description of project management processes to achieve the goals set, these processes are grouped into five categories:
        1.Initiating Process Group: Processes done to define a new project or a new phase of an existing project
        2.Planning Process Group:Processes to define the scope of the project through the objectives and the action plan developed through them
        3.Executing Process Group:Defined processes to carry out the work established in the action plan.
        4.Monitoring and Controlling Process Group:
        processes required to analyze project performance related to the work plan
        5.Closing Process Group:
        Processes carried out merely with the end of the project
- - - - This scheme allows graphical delimitation of the required deliverables for the period or stage carried out. With this, it'll be possible to define the tools, inputs, outputs and techniques for the fulfillment of the scope through the processes developed both in this knowledge area and in the Project Management Process Groups
- - - - SEQUENCE ACTIVITIES
        In order to successfully carry out the fulfillment of the project, it's necessary to establish the chronological relationship which exists between the developed activities based on the scope, to go from having a list to an action diagram with logical sense and with the ability to be done step by step. This is based on the tools, inputs, outputs and techniques previously said.
        
        Develop the schedule
        This process is extremely important for the success of the project, as once the chronological order of the activities has been established, the same can happen with the duration, limitations and resources required for its fulfillment.
- - - - DETERMINE BUDGET
        This is extremely important to carry out each of the processes that complement the project and consist in assigning a cost to all the tools, inputs, outputs, and techniques previously established in the previous points. With this in mind, there are two concepts to remember
        
        Project budget:
        This refers to the total fund granted for the fulfillment of the project
        
        Cost baseline: Refers to the approved version of the project budget which includes reserves for any contingency, but excluding management reserves
- - - - PLAN QUALITY MANAGEMENT:
        The identification of the necessary requirements for the project in question of the quality that both the deliverables and the final result must have, as well as how this will be measured to verify the presence of the expected quality.
- - - - PLAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT:
        This consists entirely on the estimation, acquisition, administration and use of both physical and human resources. Therefore, in order to achieve the expected results, it's necessary to measure the size of the project from what was established in the scope, activities and budget as this will reflect what is required. With this in mind, through this plan, it would be possible to establish again what is used as input, output, tools and techniques
- - - - Plan Communications Management
        This plan consists in two extremely essential parts. The first one is to ensure that the communication channel with each stakeholder is effective through the development of a strategy. While the second one, is related to the performance of the activities established in the previous point, since this way not only remains in the theoretical part, but is also carried out in the practice. With this in mind, the communication strategy can be transmitted through different mechanisms, depending on the group we want to reach or the one that requires the information. It can be: Written form,Spoken, Body language, among others
- - - - Who to identify them? The best way to find those risks is found in the constant analysis of each of the aspects / areas previously mentioned, as well as their context in a general panorama, and as a consequence find those risks.
        
        Who to solve them? As can be seen in the image, the risks are classified depending on their nature, so the process to solve them will vary. However, as a basis there is the constant analysis of the team's strengths in order to find something which helps to eradicate the threat
- - - - The necessary acquisitions for the project
        This refers to the decision process that is documented for the acquisition of the project, emphasizing the focus of the objective and the potential sellers.
- - - - In order to be successful, it's necessary to establish in writing each one of the project's stakeholders, as only in this way their differences could be taken into account and be adapted to the different stages previously mentioned
