A project charter is a document that provides the project manager with the authority to apply organizational resources to project activities.

Sequence Activities is the process of identifying and documenting relationships among the project activities
Key points:
The results of this process is called Network Diagram.
If activity timelines are added, we need to show the critial path.
We cant decide the most difficult challenge of the project without the sequence activities.
6.5. Develop the schedule. Imparts what work should be performed, constraints and which resource of the organization will perform the work and the time spans in which that work should be performed.
