Diet
Eat antioxidant-rich foods, including fruits and vegetables
Eat calcium-rich foods, including beans, almonds
Avoid refined foods, such as white breads, pasta, and sugar
Nursing management
abstaining from sexual intercourse for three weeks, and administration of analgesics for pain
